In our CrossFit Beginner’s Classes CrossFit Empower’s experienced Coaches will teach you how to correctly perform or safely modify all of the movements required in order to graduate to the regular CrossFit Group Classes.

Our Beginner’s Curriculum includes the following movements:

The Air Squat

The Front Squat

The Overhead Squat

The Shoulder Press

The Push Press

The Push Jerk

The Deadlift

The Sumo Deadlift Highpull

The Power Clean

The Power Snatch

The Thruster

The Kettlebell Swing

The Wall Ball

The Push-Up

The Burpee

The Kipping Pull-up

The AbMat Sit-up

The Rope Climb (Basket)

The GHD Sit-Up

The GHD Back Extension

GHD Hip & Back Extension

Rowing

Double-Unders

The L-Sit

The Box Jump

Once you have learned these, you can move on to the Advance Movements.
